U-Boat and the Will of the Fish

This game was created as a part of the Metroidvania Month 20 Game jam. As we looked at the mandatory themes and saw "Fishing" we knew that there is no way that this would work with a Metroidvania theme. Or would it? We then sat down and created our own idea with this weird genre.

Unfortunately due to time restrictions, we weren't able to give it the proper polish that this game deserves, but we are still happy to show the generell concept and the proof, that these 2 genres can work together. In the future we might finish it with more advanced enemys and a final boss.
